Global Search Not Finding Result When Project Search Does

Whilst demonstrating some trouble trying to find issues using the search, we tried to find an issue I had recently raised using both the Global and Project searches. This is the issue I was trying to find; gitlab-ui#1058 (closed)

Global Search (doesn't find it):
