Geo: Test verification functionality on all replicators and registries

Verification should be implemented by now for Repository Replicators

To do:

  • Call it_behaves_like 'a verifiable replicator' in Repository Replicator Strategy shared examples (this is follow up for a TODO introduced in !47361 (merged)) - !128805 (merged)
  • Call it_behaves_like 'a verifiable replicator' in Blob Replicator Strategy shared examples - !128805 (merged)
  • Use it_behaves_like 'a Geo verifiable registry' in 'a Geo framework registry' shared examples. -!128799 (merged)
