Geo: Document what Omnibus roles actually do

Customer is considering running external PostgreSQL instances with Geo, and would like to know more about the Omnibus roles:

geo_secondary_role['enable'] = true 
geo_postgresql['enable'] = true 
gitlab-ctl replicate-geo-database --host=primary_node

We should document what they do in more detail.
