Allow selecting fields for requirements export
Release notes
Sometimes it's just not necessary to include all the requirement fields when exporting requirements. To simplify your workflow, we now offer the option to select which attributes are exported - just select your fields and go! This improvement will simplify your export process, and allow for easier interoperability with regulatory processes.
Problem to solve
With a basic level of requirement export provided by our tool, we want to allow additional flexibility for users to choose what fields they actually want to appear in their exported .CSV file.
Intended users
- Cameron (Compliance Manager)
- Delaney (Development Team Lead)
- Devon (DevOps Engineer)
- Rachel (Release Manager)
Proposal
Provide a screen with check boxes for all relevant fields, allowing the user to choose what gets exported. Default the fields to checked so that it's very simple to export everything.
