When using the reply shortcut, insert quote in thread reply instead of new comment
Summary
Users can already select text and hit r to quote that content. However, that gets posted into an entirely new comment instead of as reply to that thread, which is pretty annoying as you not only lose the context, but also as the site scrolls all the way to the bottom, and you have to find the space again where you wanted to quote from.
