Feature request: Ability to collapse the list of environments a merge request has deployed to in the pipeline.

Proposal

Create a collapsable interaction on the MR Widget to condense the list of deployments.

Additional Notes:

• Final copy is: ## environments impacted to account for deployments to environments having multiple states.
• If there are 3 or less, the list should be expanded to show all the deployments (remove collapsable functionality).
• If there are 4 or more, the list should be collapsed by default.
