Bitbucket Server Importer: Import blank project description

Problem to solve

When importing a project without a description from Bitbucket Server, the importer uses the description from the group (Bitbucket project) in which the project resides. This is incorrect, as the group description does not (necessarily) accurately describe the project.

Proposed solution

If a Bitbucket project's description is blank, the imported GitLab's project description should also be blank.
