Improve metrics generator to pre-fill value_type attribute

We could profile value_type by knowing if metric is a counter, setting or license.

Proposal

Pre-fill value_type attribute

• If metric is counter value_type could be number
• If metric is setting value_type could be boolean
• If metric is license value_type could be string
