Change project/group notes ES searches to use new denormalized fields

Change project and group-wide searches to use the new denormalized fields along side the inline permission (ie. just confidential field) and the existing project_id field already on the notes. The queries will need to check whether the denormalization migration has finished before using the new fields in the queries.
