Starring projects causes Gitlab to show wrong info about when project has been "last updated"

I have found a simple bug that confused me for a while.

I have often wondered why many projects I have looked at have had no coding activity for months, however Gitlab showed that they have been updated a few minutes ago. I have realized that actually "Starring" the project will cause the project to be shown as having been "Updated xx minutes ago", which is plainly wrong.

Starring should not affect the info when a project has last been updated.
