Vulnerability status dropdown actions should not scroll

Summary

When a user opens the status dropdown, the confirmation and cancel actions are hidden which leads to confusion as to why the status has not changed.

  • Open a vulnerability
  • Attempt to change the status of the vulnerability

What is the current bug behavior?

Additionally, observed in a customer call, the buttons were completely hidden from view and they thought we had a bug where the status change was not saving.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The confirmation and cancel buttons in the dropdown are static and do not scroll with the rest of the dropdown content
