[FE] Improve documentation and static checks regarding mutation errors conventions

This is a placeholder for frontend related work for #30780 (closed).

Required work should roughly involve:

• Updating frontend GraphQL mutations throughout GitLab to follow the decided convention
• Updating/improving documentation
• Possible addition of ESlint rule/other static checks (again, depending on outcome of #30780 (closed))
