Move scroll position when clicking "Viewed" during review

Problem

When reviewing a long file and clicking "Viewed" checkbox (1) the file is getting hidden, which is good, (2) but it also moves next (unviewed) files higher making them invisible and making user to scroll up to see them.

Proposed solution

Scroll up to the beginning of the viewed/collapsed file automatically after clicking viewed.
