Iterations list and report views missing left sidebar status

Proposal

When selecting Iterations in the left navigation for the Project > Issues > Iterations list, the Project > Issues > Iteration report and the Group > Issues > Iteration report pages (the Group > Issues > Iteration list page is fine), the secondary Issues menu (where it can be found) does not stay expanded. This removes a bit of clarity for the user as to where they're located within the product and is inconsistent with our navigation patterns. The proposal is to add the expanded Issues left menu and have "Iterations" selected when on the Iterations list page as well as any Iterations report pages.
