Better educate users on the purpose of the `busy` feature through copy tweaks

Challenge

How might we better educate users on the purpose of the busy feature? Currently we indicate what it will do, but we could perhaps improve on the value or purpose of it.

We could use conventions similar to other products like Slack and update the copy a bit here:

• Change label copy from Busy to Set yourself as busy
• Change help text copy from "Busy" will be shown next to your name to Displays that you are busy or not able to respond

^ The copy is just my idea, totally open to refinement of course

Future scope

• Save the setting after enabled and show real time updates
• Display the Busy status immediately on save to reenforce the concept within the context of the settings page
