Improve tracking class on frontend

These are some improvements for the Tracking class.

Some of these come from the conclusions in #321578 (closed).

• Keep all related constants in a separate file.
• Allow extra parameter. #325746 (closed)
• Allow using multiple contexts (alongside gitlab_standard).
