Remove alpine-based openjdk from the default system-wide Docker templates

Remove alpine-based openjdk from the default system-wide Docker templates. It was originally introduced almost 4 years ago (2017-05), and unchanged to date.

This should be %13.12 or %14.0 %13.11 or %14.0.
