Add sticky header to group migration table
Proposal
We need to add a sticky header to the group import table. By doing so, we keep the user in the context of selecting and initiating a migration without having to scroll from bottom to top in order to move forward. This is especially important when viewing 200 groups per page.
- The header will stick to the top when you reach its scroll position.
