The members count in the group admin screen does not include minimal access users.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a group.
2. Add at least 1 minimal access user.
3. Check admin members count.

What is the current bug behavior?

Members list via console and members count doesn't include minimal access members.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Count includes minimal access members.
