Settings search results don't filter out all sections
Summary
When searching in the User Settings, filtering the page down to show only the results does not remove all un-matched page elements.
Steps to reproduce
- Navigate to your profile settings or preferences
- Search for a string that you know won't match anything on the page, for example
gj28uw2398 - Notice the structure of the page is inconsistent with other settings pages, some elements are still visible on the page and not filtered from the results
What is the current bug behavior?
Some elements that do not match the search term are still visible

What is the expected correct behavior?
All un-matched page elements are hidden from the view and this behavior is consistent across Project, Group, User, and Admin settings.
