Inform users that URLs are supported for OpenAPI/HAR/Postman files

Problem

The configure form for API Fuzzing doesn't mention that URLs are supported for OpenAPI, HAR, and Postman files.

Proposal

Update the wording and examples in the form such that both URL and files are supported. Check field validators to make sure they support both as well.
