Inconsistent status ordering in the Vulnerability Report

Issue

In the Vulnerability Report, the order of values shown for the Status filter are in a slightly different order than those shown in the Set status dropdown.

Proposal

Change the values in the Set status dropdown to match that of the filter:

• Needs triage
• Confirm
• Dismiss
• Resolve

In other words, swap Confirm and Dismiss.

Verification Steps

• Go to any vulnerability report page with vulnerabilities, select a couple of vulnerabilities and verify that the set status dropdown puts the confirm action before the dismiss action.
• Go to any vulnerability details page and verify that the status dropdown in the top right shows the confirm action before the dismiss action.
