Navigating directly to pipelines' tabs don't reflect properly in sidebar

Summary

If you go directly to a specific pipeline tab, the left sidebar doesn't show the full Pipeline navigation as you would expect. If you go to the tab via the sidebar, it works as expected.

Steps to reproduce

• Go directly to https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/pipelines/321415773/security
• Sidebar CI/CD section is not expanded to see sub nav items
• Go to same pipeline via the sidebar
• Pipeline sub nav expanded correctly

What is the expected correct behavior?

Sidebar should show correct sub-nav items regardless of how user got to specific page
