Work Items - Author and Updated

Problem to solve

With work items, knowing how "fresh" something is can be useful in determining next steps. Users could look at the Activity log for this information, but that may be very far down the page. Additionally, knowing who created gives you more context on the item and who to respond to with questions, especially for projects where the author may be outside of the team (such as FOSS projects).
