Snowplow custom events for monitor:APM

We would like to measure the following:

• Number of users that integrate Jaeger UI
  • populated the Jaeger UI integration with a URL
• Number of users that view logs on the environment tab
• Number of users that are using our default metrics dashboard
  • Users clicked on Operation -> metrics
  • Charts that contained data
• Number of users that creates custom dashboards
• External Prometheus connected
