UI: topics selection in project settings
In the general settings of a project, you can set any topics. To do this, a comma-separated list must be entered, which is not very convenient:
I would like to make the selection of topics easier for users as a Community contribution. I see two possible approaches at the moment:

Autocomplete (analog to the autocomplete in markdown fields) |

Note:
- A user can also create a new topic by simply entering a new name.
- Topics have besides a name also an avatar (image) and a description, which could be shown in the topic selection.
So my question is: Which approach should I follow? Is there another approach that I have overlooked?
