  2. Workload will be spread across the team
  3. Less stressful, as we are having read-only access
  4. Remove the access to rails console production

Proposal

  • Add new guide on how we can use teleport for generating service ping for GitLab.com
  • Remove the writing part from generating service ping only for GitLab.com. There are 2 cases identified
    • raw_usage_data record This information is not used.
    • devops_report - Check any usage of this information for GitLab.com
  • Add an option to skip DevOps report generation
