Rollout on non-production environments

1. disconnect_salesforce_saas_trial_sync: toggles Gitlab.com->CustomersDot->Salesforce trial lead flow - Rollout/Rollback
2. platypus_saas_trial_sync That toggles Gitlab.com->CustomersDot->Platypus->Workato->Marketo->Salesforce trial lead flow Rollout/Rollback
3. On gitlabcom we now send a new type of lead (hand raise leads) through the same funnel as (2) above.
