Cleanup PQL feature flags

The purpose of this issue is to cleanup the feature flags implemented as part of the launch of syncing SaaS trials directly with Marketo.

• Create a sync between CustomersDot and Marketo using the Marketo REST API #334205 (closed)
• Removing the CustomersDot to salesforce connection specifically for SaaS trials #334207 (closed)

When this issue is complete all SaaS trials should be sent to Marketo and the CustomersDot sync with Salesforce specifically for trials should be removed without the need for feature flags, making this an official part of the product.
