add Footer Message to outgoing emails from Service Desk
Summary
The footer to append to all outgoing emails is missing in outgoing emails from Service Desk.
Steps to reproduce
Tested with GitLab 14.something
Have a project with Service Desk activated.
Set a Footer Message in
- Admin > Settings > Appearance > System header and footer > Footer Message
Check
- [ x ] Enable header and footer in emails
Now create a new Issue by sending an email to the Service Desk address.
The internal Service Desk users will receive an email "GitLab Support Bot created an issue: http s://git.example.com/group/project/issue/1234" with the configured footer.
But the (external) sender of the email will receive an email "Thank you for your support request! We are tracking your request as ticket # 1234, and will respond as soon as we can." without the footer.
In many states the email footer (containing the imprint) is legally required.
What is the current bug behavior?
The Footer is missing in emails to the issue creator.
What is the expected correct behavior?
Emails to the issue creator should contain the Footer.
