Pipeline Editor freezes when using include: rules: - if:

This ONLY happens when using the Pipeline Editor. The editor freezes when trying to use the following syntax:

include:
   rules: 
     - if: BLAH

and this is as far as it'll let you type. It only seems to happen with this specific combination of keywords (include/rules/if).
