[Eng] Add trial status widget to projects within group trial

Problem

Currently, the trial status widget which has proven successful in influencing trial to paid conversions is only present at the group level and does not appear at the project level where the majority of user actions occur.

This is how the experiences appears at the group level (note the flyout only appears when the user hovers over this status area)

Solution

When a namespace is in an active trial we should ensure that the trial status widget appears not only at the group level but also at every project level within the parent group that has the active trial.
