Add snowplow metrics for failing masked variable validation

Proposal

Collect the metrics whenever above two validations trigger.

• validation unsupported character for masked variables
• warning on $ support
• Store the violating character(s) in snowplow if possible

Expected outcome

• Metrics should appear in Sisense
