Requirements should use a generic status icons instead of pipeline status

Problem

The requirements currently use a pipeline status icon to signify status. These icons should only be used for pipeline status.

Proposal

Use a generic status-failed and status-success icons instead.

Before	After

In addition to updating the badges, we will also need to update the token options in the filter bar to reflect the new icons.
