Issues Analytics: Convert table data API request to GraphQL

Problem

Issues Analytics currently uses GraphQL to fetch data for the chart, but the public API for the table.

Proposal

We want to migrate the table logic to use GraphQL in order to have more flexibility on which data we retrieve for the table.
