Feedback for markdown auto-continue list

When we turn on the feature flag markdown_continue_lists, we will get auto-continuing markdown lists (description and comment fields only, for now), like this

That MR provides the initial support. This issue is to discuss feedback and refine the implementation before enabling the feature globally.
