Group Import history - Default sort by Date descending

Problem to solve

The table on the Group Import history page is currently sorted by Date ascending. This means that the most recent migration would be at the bottom of that list and potentially on another page, if there are many entries. This is confusing to the users, as they don't have to expect to page through the list to get the results of the latest migration.

It should be noted that the user is much more likely to want to see the status of the recent/latest migrations, than the status of the oldest migrations.

Sort the table by Date descending, with the latest migrations at the top of the list.
