SPIKE: Snowplow E2E test implementation

Implement Snowplow tracking events tests in the existing QA framework.

• Snowplow installation via the gdk
• Vet against a few existing flows via feature specs.
• Add a simple test and run it against gdk

Why do we need this

To be able to test the full cycle of events from frontend and backend to Snowplow in an automated way.
