Instrument DORA Group trend chart - "Deployment Frequency" and "Lead time for changes" Unique Views/Month

Problem to Solve

Currently we track MAU for "Deployment Frequency" and "Lead time for changes" only for Projects-level.

Proposal

  1. Add 1 new counter for the number of unique users that view Groups-level - analytics/ci_cd?tab=deployment-frequency. usage_action_name= 'g_analytics_ci_cd_deployment_frequency_monthly'
  2. Add 1 new counter for the number of unique users that view any Groups-level analytics/ci_cd?tab=lead-time. usage_action_name= 'g_analytics_ci_cd_lead_time_monthly'
  3. Add the 2 counters to groupoptimize GMAU metric - https://metrics.gitlab.com/?q=analytics_unique_visits.analytics_unique_visits_for_any_target_monthly.
