Add 'Issue Reference' + 'Copy reference to clipboard' to sidebar on boards
Problem to solve
We often need to share issue references across projects which require more than an issue number. We also have written a custom reporting tool which recognises Github issues.
The problem is that right now, access to the issue 'reference' and 'copy to clipboard' function is only available if you open the issue in its own page, but not in the issue boards (where quick access is a virtue)
- Issue page side bar:
- Issue in board on sidebar:

Further details
Goals are to allow quick access via issue board to copy to clipboard issue references for reporting/sharing purposes. Everyone will use it because it's quite literally faster than opening an issue just to copy the reference!
Proposal
Add a link to the issue reference + copy to clipboard on the sidebar on boards that opens when you click on an issue.
Permissions and Security
Ummm, access to the board and the issues?

What does success look like, and how can we measure that?
You open a board, you click on an issue which opens the side bar, and you can see a link to the issue reference + copy to clipboard
