Update integrations list view

Background

Currently the integrations list view contains text links vs. call to action buttons and looks dated compared to other areas of GitLab that provide a similar function, for example:

• https://gitlab.com/projects/new#create_from_template
• https://gitlab.com/ <project> /readme/-/pipelines

Moving forward, this update will help support #363814 (closed) by including a "Learn more" button in the list view to access the integration's landing page.
