Problem to solve

The name line and the activity below should have the same padding on the left and should line up with one another vertically. I added the red line below to call out the misalignment:

Verification Steps

Both in the vulnerability details page as the vulnerability modal, the comments title and body should be aligned. The MR !110304 (merged) shows more screenshot examples of where the misalignment was an issue.
