False positive alert appears twice on vulnerability details page

In Add false positive alert to Vulnerability Details (#364781 - closed) (!91254 (merged)), we have added the false positive alert to the shared vulnerability details component.

This seems to be causing the alert to appear twice on pages such as https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/security-products/tests/ruby-bundler-rails/-/security/vulnerabilities/16195441.

Let's find out why the alert is duplicated and remove the one we don't need.
