The linked items and child items widget doesn't work as expected when there are no items added
Problem to solve
The widget to add and display linked item has a chevron to expand and collapse the item list. However, with no items to show, it can hamper the ability to add an item:

The collapse feature doesn't let the add form to appear. This happens within the Child items widget as well.
User experience goal
Users should be able to add an items without any hassle and the option to collapse should only appear when there's a list of linked items available

Proposal
In the Child items and Linked items widgets-
- If the widget is collapsed
- And the user clicks the
Addbutton
then the widget should expand. Currently it remains collapsed.
