Clean Background Migration (Rename task system notes)

In !95631 (merged) we run a background migration to rename all task system notes from task to checklist item (related issue #368028 (closed))

In the next milestone we need to finalize the migration and remove the temporary index tmp_index_system_note_metadata_on_note_id_where_task
