Create mergeRequestMergeStatusUpdated GraphQL subscription (Real-Time Merge Widget)

Create a GraphQL subscription called mergeRequestMergeStatusUpdated that will return a MergeRequest type which can include detailedMergeStatus data. Triggering this subscription will be done separately.
