Frontend: Show the merged yaml when syntax is invalid

Problem

When a users configure an invalid syntax in a CI configuration in the merged yaml tab we display the error message although we are returning the expandable yaml version

Proposal

Always show the merged YAML in the.... mergedyaml tab even if the sytnax is invalid
