[MR Widget V2] Remove bold emphasis from `no new` in security reports

Recently a new MR was introduced to remove the bold emphasis from the new string in the MR Security Reports.

This MR should add the same functionality to V2.

Implementation plan

• ee/app/assets/javascripts/vue_merge_request_widget/extensions/security_reports/i18n.js:28 contains the translation. Update it to remove the bold text.

Verification steps

• Follow the steps to enable this feature locally.
• Check that the no new text in the security reports MR Widget is not bold
