Rename "Production" stage in Cycle Analytics to "Total time"

Problem to solve

In the Cycle Analytics feature, the "Production" stage is the sum of all stages (it represents the total time "from issue creation ... until deploy to production").

It looks like every other individual stage, but is actually a total of all stages. This particular kind of total is often called "lead time".

Proposal

Rename the "Production" stage to "Total time" in Cycle Analytics and our docs.
