Summary

A self-managed customer is reporting degraded performance on the /admin/runners page.

Interacting with the <gitlab_url>/admin/runners page has progressively gotten slower over the last few releases. The page takes approximately 11.5 seconds to load, clicking into a runner to get addition details(<gitlab_url>/admin/runners/<id>) takes 10s.
